Art work in Minoan and Mycenaean civilizations had a wide variety from pottery to weaving. The Bronze age, or the time in which the Greeks existed was a very popular time for sculptures and pottery. Pottery was considered more of and industry in the Bronze age and was sold to rich people. Much of their art work was based on the Gods and Goddesses. People used states of gods and goddesses to worship and believed that they would protect them and make their lands fertile such as the goddess Demeter.
